Details/Rules

  • Three rounds of 3 minutes each.
  • A 1v1 game that demands mastery of both hand and foot control.
  • Players must learn to apply pressure on opposing player outside their box.
  • Players can move freely across the field to defend and/or take shots.
  • Players may use their hands to block shots from anywhere on the field but must use their feet to control the ball.
  • Players must stay inside their box until the opposing player crosses the midfield line.
  • Once you cross the midfield line, you must commit to the attack and remain there until you lose possession.
  • The winner is determined by the best of three rounds.
  • In case of a tie after the third round, a quick 5-shot penalty shootout will decide the winner.
  • The ball is placed at the center of the field to start the game with both sides competing for posession.
  • After a goal is scored, both players must reset at their own goal line before the ball is given to the opposing player.
  • Hands are not permitted outside the goalie box. If hands are used the opposing player will reset the ball at midfield, giving them the advantage.
  • Goals cannot be scored by shooting the ball off the wall.
  • PowerZones: Reaction lights earn extra points when actively engaged and maintaining ball possession

  • Points:
  • Goal = 1 point
  • Goal + Nearest PowerZone = 2 points
  • Goal + Farthest PowerZone = 3 points
  • Targets = 1 additional point
