Requirements:
- - Age 16+
- - Must be available Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 5-5:45pm
- - Experience working with young children in a sports or educational setting.
- - Basic knowledge of soccer rules and techniques.
- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- - Patience and enthusiasm for working with children.

Training Coordinator
Salary position
Organizing, planning, and overseeing coaches and training sessions
Promote and expand our training programs
- - Develop training schedules, taking into account facility availability, trainer availability, and player needs
- - Coordinate communication between coaches, players, and parents, keeping everyone informed about training schedules, changes, or special events
- - Manage the scheduling of sessions, ensuring all players and coaches are aware of their commitments
- - Work with coaches and trainers to ensure they have the resources, tools, and support they need to run effective sessions
- - Monitor the quality of training sessions and provide feedback to improve the overall training experience
- - Engage with players and ensure they are getting the most out of the training programs
- - Provide support and guidance to participants, helping them to stay motivated and focused on their goals
Requirements:
- - Strong organizational and communication skills
- - Ability to work with athletes of all ages and skill levels
- - Leadership skills to oversee and manage a team of trainers or coaches
- - Knowledge of training methods and safety protocols
- - Commitment to promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and a love for the game.
Field Rental Crew Member
$15 hr
- - Available weekdays and weekends 8pm-11pm
- - check-in rental guest
- - Monitor guest to ensure they are upholding all rules and policies
- - collect monies for snacks and drinks
- - Vaccum, trash and cleanup at end of shift
Requirements:
- - Due to late nights, preferred age 20+
